Just Keen AI was born from a conviction: mid-market SaaS companies ($10M–$500M in revenue) are uniquely positioned to lead the agentic AI revolution — but only if they act now. These companies have the scale, the customer relationships, and the domain expertise to win. What they often lack is the strategic clarity and hands-on execution support to make it happen.
I founded this firm to bridge that gap. Not as a slide-deck consultant, but as an embedded partner who understands the technical realities of legacy modernization, the organizational challenges of building AI fluency, and the board-level urgency of getting this right.
